Rough Cut 3

I have undertaken the task of color grading for this particular rough cut. This iteration likely represents the closest approximation to the final version, as only a handful of minor adjustments remain. This endeavor marks my inaugural foray into color grading, and I approached it with a novice's perspective, initially experimenting with the process. Nonetheless, I endeavored to adhere to fundamental principles, namely diminishing exposure, augmenting contrast, and accentuating warm tones within the color spectrum.
First of all, I got accessed to the Curve Custom section of the software, where I would do the majority of the color correction here. Through this tool, I have done the same formula for the whole range of clips, where I would do adjustment on the tonality.

Thus, using the scene in the bathroom as an example, I implemented adjustments to emphasize the illumination of the video's lights while concurrently intensifying shadows and reducing exposure, thereby crafting a subdued, hazy ambiance for the shot.

This is an example on how I have used the Color Warper to work with warming up the shots where the lighting seemed to be cool. I have adjusted the hue of the clip into more yellow-ish toned.

In this instance, I've opted to enhance the saturation of the yellow elements in the background, along with accents of orange and red, thereby infusing the scene with heightened vibrancy. However, I've ensured to maintain a subdued tone in adherence to the established stylistic conventions.
